Mission Overview
Background
In the 1940s, by Earth's calendar, we sent a group of"companions"to the blue planet. They blended into the crowds — no one saw through them — yet with perspectives utterly unlike those of Earthlings, they rewrote its mathematics, physics, and engineering.
Earth is now entering its next pivotal period of change, and this mission is the second launch of the same program. We arrive with new equipment and new perspectives: after landing on the surface, the rover established this outpost (rover.red), transmitting all observations as public logs.
